Global Mission Partners (GMP) is connecting people like you and me with real people and actual projects in other countries so that we become a real part of their lives and ministries.

Through Personal Partner Projects you have the opportunity to:

partner closely with people overseas
empower local believers as they discover God at work in their own culture
share with others the grace of God shown in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Churches and key leaders supported in Papua New Guinea, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Vietnam, Vanuatu, India and Fiji are almost completely dependent on GMP for the funds they need to sustain and grow their church life. Raising these funds has now become more important than ever. Our support grows their mission.

We need people like you to become a Personal Partner. Each Gold Coin Donation supports local Christians in ministry, as they share the wonderful love of Christ with people within their own culture.

Meet Your Personal Partners:

Judith Vusi - Principal of the Mobile Bible College, Vanuatu

In September 2010 Judith was appointed as principal of the Mobile Bible College in Vanuatu. This new initiative is based at the Churches of Christ Conference Centre in Luganville on Santo Island and offers training on all the islands where churches are located. Local church leaders can now be resourced where they are.
Fiona Briers - GMP Worker in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Through Fiona Briers’ vision and hard work Bright Solutions, a Vocational Training programme, is resourcing the urban poor. By providing employment to single mothers, widows, low skilled or unemployed women, Bright Solutions aims to increase their work skill and job prospects for the future, thus empowering them and their families to move towards financial independence.
Paulino Malou - Marialbai Church of Christ Mission, Sudan
Paulino Malou is a trained Churches of Christ pastor with a special vision for victims of war. He spent much of last year studying administration in Uganda before assuming his new role coordinating the establishment of the Marialbai Mission. The initial focus is on addressing health issues and ensuring the basic requirements of food and accommodation.
Elton Sidodah - Kahyelihle Children's Village Chaplain, Zimbabwe
Elton Sidodah, a trained Church of Christ pastor, is the chaplain at Khayelihle Children’s Village (KCV). Elton and his wife, Phoebe, and young daughter live in Zimbabwe House where Elton has the supervision of the older boys at KCV. Each evening is a time of shared devotions which Elton encourages the boys to take turns leading. Elton is also the minister of the KCV Church of Christ.
Kiron Gaikwad - Director of Hosanna Ministries, India
In 2002, Kiron Gaikwad established Ankoor Home, a boarding school for tribal village children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to be educated, in a community where literacy is just 2%. A strong focus is also on reaching the local community for Christ.
Yabru Jerry - Executive Director of MECOC, Papua New Guinea
Yabru, a graduate from Christian Leaders Training College in PNG, was Director of Church Development and Evangelism with the PNG Churches of Christ before serving cross-culturally in mission in Fiji. He has been appointed to the new role of Executive Director of the Melanesian Evangelical Churches of Christ.

Becoming a Personal Partner is as easy as making a Gold Coin Donation.

Just a $1 a day or $30 a month is all it takes to become a Personal Partner through GMP.

Nominate one, two or all of the six Personal Partners you would like to support. You will receive a photo and description of their ministry. Each month you will be sent three or four prayer points to equip you to pray for your Personal Partner. You’ll hear the stories, learn about the struggles and find out about the successes as God leads in these ministries and lives are changed.

Becoming a Personal Partner will help you too. You’ll grow in your understanding of mission as you personally contribute to the life of those serving God in other places. If you would like to write to encourage them in their ministry GMP will forward on your correspondence.
