A Lesson in Patience

There have been some delays in approving the business license for Bright Solutions, but Fiona Briers is hopeful that the current issues reflect movement into the final stages of the process. Although these delays have put back production on the initial cloth books project they have provided time to work on necessary administrative tasks to begin operations.
A recent visitor from Melbourne was able to introduce Fiona to some useful business contacts. It was a great time of encouragement working through some of the business plans and technical resources she could use. Fiona has continued to have positive contact with a large NGO in Vietnam that can provide referrals of women workers from their Urban Development project.
Fiona continues with her language studies on a week by week basis until she can finalise her work schedule. She has had several meetings discussing the first training program with one of the local women she is hoping to utilize as assistant in sewing skills development. She is grateful that communication, whilst somewhat limited, is achievable! The team have also been purchasing resources and stock so that they are ready for production as soon as the Bright Solutions license comes through.
